AR_1 features some early extracts from playing around with elektron's Analog Rytm mk.II machine.

Technically, this mini album is an attempt for me to understand the machine, trying to figure out the possibilities with it while trying to maneuver around the techno/quantized/straightforward vibe that it leads me to.

I feel that this collection of tracks applies and may be experienced optimally in two situations:

1. As music that helps the listener to engage in an intense workflow in front of a computer/empty page/blank canvas etc. enhancing the experience and providing an opportunity for extra focus.

2. As music that occupies the sensory function of hearing, providing the space and time for the mind to cleanse itself and hopefully help the listener to get in a state of awareness.
Or just as music that assists the relaxation of the mind, providing the opportunity for the listener to contemplate/ concentrate on a thought or idea/ or immerse him in a brainstorming mindset that supports the extraction of new ideas for solving creative problems.
